1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and axas88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the axas88 website accessible at https://axas88.cam and all associated services, applications, and products offered therein.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling at axas88 or subject to any other exclusion order that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of axas88 or its affiliated companies, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your details promptly if any information changes.

4Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one account only on axas88. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

axas88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registrations from jurisdictions where axas88 does not offer services will be declined.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

axas88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered by certain deposit thresholds, account activity patterns, or at axas88's discretion at any time.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is successfully completed. axas88 may, at its discretion, close an account and return the deposited funds to the original payment method if KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

6Deposits & Payments

axas88 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless transacting via cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction will be credited to your account. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are specified within the cashier section of your account.

axas88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name. Deposits found to have originated from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met prior to withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Player tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• axas88 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically take 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may vary.
• axas88 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if this occurs.

8Bonuses & Promotions

axas88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

9Gaming Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, lottery games, and arcade games available on axas88 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. The following general principles apply across all gaming activity:

• All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party testing.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, axas88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
• Bets placed on a game round that has already commenced cannot be cancelled or amended.
• axas88 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per round, per session, or per game category. Such limits, where applicable, will be communicated within the game interface or terms.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical aid to gain an unfair advantage. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

10Sports Betting Rules

axas88 offers sports betting markets across a wide range of events including, but not limited to, the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting competitions. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play betting odds change in real time and reflect current match conditions. axas88 may suspend or delay in-play markets at any time for risk management purposes.
• Match results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, axas88's determination is final.
• Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. Rules for void selections within a parlay are specified in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• axas88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of price manipulation, match-fixing, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are communicated within the betting interface.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the axas88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another individual's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, or any unauthorised third-party programme to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or pricing errors in games or betting markets. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be withheld.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Attempting to launder money or circumvent financial monitoring obligations through gambling activity on the platform.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward axas88 staff or other players.

12Account Suspension & Closure

axas88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a recognised responsible gambling authority.
• axas88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to a withholding dispute will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe after investigation is complete.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting axas88 customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

13Responsible Gambling

axas88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be configured through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the axas88 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is owned by or licensed to axas88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the axas88 platform without prior written consent from axas88.

The axas88 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of axas88. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these trademarks.

15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, axas88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or network disruption beyond axas88's control.
• Any errors in game outcomes that are subsequently identified as resulting from a verified technical fault.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.

axas88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". axas88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.

16Privacy & Data Protection

axas88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

axas88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform and protect against fraud.

17Changes to These Terms

axas88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the axas88 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

18Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which axas88 holds its primary operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the axas88 platform shall first be referred to axas88 customer support for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution process provided under axas88's applicable international licence. The decision of the appointed adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
